TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Admission to the programmes are given on a first-come-first-served basis. However, eS-quare Academia reserves the right to reject any applicant seeking admission to or participation in its programmes without giving any reason whatsoever.

3. While no effort is spared in ensuring programmes are run according to the published schedule, in unavoidable circumstances the programmes may be rescheduled or conducted at a venue other than the one announced. The enrolled participants forfeit any claim for refund on account of such unavoidable rescheduling as long as they are informed by eSquare Academia of such changes.

4. eSquare Academia or their legal representatives do not guarantee any measurable increase in knowledge or skills of the participants. Neither do they assure any incremental success in career owing to this programme.

5. eSquare Academia do not offer any placement assistance to participants in its programmes.

6. Participants are expected to behave courteously to each other, the programme directors and the staff members of eSquare Academia. eSquare Academia reserves the right to expel from its programmes participants behaving rudely after being warned, without offering any refund.

7. Programme fees paid to eSquare Academia are not refundable on account of change of mind, full or partial absence from the programme or any other reason.

8.The shipment/services will NOT be provided to any of the OFAC (sanctioned) countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
